Cookies & Tracking

The short version

We use a small amount of browser storage to make the store work, plus privacy-friendly first-party analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising or social media trackers, we do not build advertising profiles, and we never sell your data.

Strictly necessary storage

These are required for the store to function and cannot be turned off:

• Cart contents and applied discount code, so your basket survives a page reload
• Wishlist and recently viewed items, kept only in your browser
• A session identifier used to keep your visit consistent and to power live chat replies
• An administrative session cookie, set only if you log into the admin area

Analytics

Our analytics are first-party — the data goes to our own systems, not to an advertising network. We record page views, searches and fitment lookups, add-to-cart and checkout steps, approximate location (country and city), device, browser and screen size, and the referring site or campaign tag that brought you here.

We never store your IP address. We use it momentarily to determine an approximate country and city, then discard it.

We use this to fix problems, stock the right products and improve the shopping experience.

Your choices

You can decline analytics using the "Opt out" option in the privacy notice shown on your first visit. Your choice is stored in your browser; if you clear site data or use another browser or device, you may see the notice again.

We automatically honour your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals — if either is enabled, analytics are not collected.

You can also clear or block site storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage will break the cart and checkout.

Opting out never affects your ability to browse, order or get support.

Third-party services

Some providers we rely on may set their own storage when you interact with them — most notably Stripe, which uses it for payment processing and fraud prevention on its checkout. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Changes

If we introduce new tracking technologies we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
