How fast do orders ship?+
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves.
Is shipping really free?+
Any set of 4 tires or wheels ships free, and so does any order over $500. Below that, 1–3 tires or wheels are $29.95, $54.95 and $74.95; parts are $5.95–$19.95 depending on size, and ship free once the parts in your order reach $150.
How do I know a tire or wheel fits my vehicle?+
Use the fitment search on our homepage (by tire size or wheel size), or contact our team. Every listing is fitment-checked against supplier specs, and if you tell us your vehicle we will double-check your order before it ships. Can I pick up my order or visit a store?+
No — we are an online-only store and everything ships to you. The address on our policy pages is a mailing address for correspondence, not a retail location, so there is no counter to visit and we cannot accept collections or returns in person.
What’s your return policy?+
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to unused returns; defective or incorrect items are refunded in full. Start a return from the Returns page and we’ll email you a prepaid label.
Do you price match?+
We keep prices competitive and run regular deals. Found it cheaper elsewhere? Reach out through Contact and we’ll do our best.
Can I install these myself?+
Many parts are bolt-on, but tires and wheels should be mounted and balanced by a professional. We can help you book installation at partner shops in Ontario.
